Literary Evening with Poet Milan Šelj at School of Slavonic and East European Studies at the University College London

Milan Šelj, born 1960 in Slovenia, is a poet, translator, sociologist and publicist. He has lived and worked in London since 1992, and has published three collections of poetry to date: his first, ‘Darilo’ (Gift) debuted in 2006, ‘Kristali soli’ (Salt Crystals) followed in 2010 and most recently, ‘Gradim gradove’ (I Build Buildings) in 2015. Šelj’s own translations of poetry were published in an anthology of gay European poetry by Lambda in 2009.
